I am a clinical social worker licensed in Massachusetts.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University.
I have extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions, often connected to family or relationship challenges, housing instability, financial stress, work or school pressures, or immigration-related experiences.
In my current practice, I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, racial and cultural identity concerns, family and relationship difficulties, work or academic stress, self-esteem challenges, grief, and caregiver stress. I help clients increase self-awareness, manage difficult emotions, and reconnect with their strengths.
As a Latina clinician, I value culturally responsive care and am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space that affirms and respects people of all identities and cultural backgrounds. I strive to ensure that clients feel seen, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach is tailored to each client’s needs and draws from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and emotional regulation and distress tolerance techniques.
